Thinks that manga should be one of world's wonders. or maybe the entire world of imagination

Thai food!
Recently I've been craving for Thai food so much I think about it whenever its almost time for a meal! And so much that I dreamt that I was already at Thailand ordering ต้มยำ (tom yam). *drools*
I absolutely love oriental food with the mix of spices and blends of fragrant herbs that creates an irresistible dish which will leave you craving for more!
I used to think that the tomyam I had @Cheras was good. I was such an inexperienced kid, aren't I? Because, I went to Thailand and had ต้มยำ gong, and OMG the soup was such a sin!! The spiciness & sourness & those large prawns swimming in it!! Absolutely delish oooh! Spicy & sour food stimulates my taste buds like no other! Since then, I've found this Thai restaurant over @Pandan indah with really good tom yam gong & steamed fish in cili padi gravy that tops the one @Cheras. Am itching to go there again soon!
There's also this chinese food seafood restaurant that serve mouthwatering steamed assam fish! When served, the fish is placed in a fish-shaped metal tray and heated by a stand with charcoal under it. OK, so the main point is the oh-so-good-and-not-overcooked fish, with its spicy and sour clear-coloured gravy. That's probably the best dish I had there, apart from the herbal chicken. Others are just so-so. If you would ever want to visit there, its opposite the fire station at Pudu (not far from Majestic).
The lack of photos is frustrating, isn't it? Well, everyone started to dig in when food was served, and I didn't want to be left with sticks and bones to eat if I'm only busy taking picture! Can't blame me :P

Anger Danger
I think some do know, that its important to keep a clear mind when you do anything, and even more so when you are in a tight situation. Of course, its hard to be rational when we're angry, but I'm sure that a little effort in dousing the flames clears the smoke and leads us to see clearer, the root of the problem. But of course, And if our friends are in these kind of position, we would naturally want to support their views. But sometimes, don't you think its actually the most crucial time for us to voice our views impartially, so that our friend won't make the wrong judgment?
People think just because that they're angry they can just say and do anything they want, well sure they can, but WE must remember that we can't just take it back afterward and say all shall be the past and is well.

New leaf :D
Well, sorry to those who always bugged me to blog! probably almost a year since i've last posted anything, and good news :D Ima start again now!
FOOD! i realized people who don't come from KL tend to criticize food here. I'm thinking they're probably just have been eating at the wrong places! But then again, its probably just because I also sometimes think KL food is better than some other town's? The reluctance to add a little more dried shrimp, or the excessive ajinomoto they put into the food makes you go blah... Since I've been staying at KL, I've start to criticize the food I eat-whether its good or bad, but generally I'm not a picky eater though :P Would blog on things I love to eat around here sooN!
Anyway, I'm off to watch The Nanny haha! so til next time ;)

Viva jdrama!
My leeching days are ending with this month. Got work to do next month, but til then, i'd better have some fun now! I think i was probably reading Hotaru no Hikari manga when Adila told me there was a live action made out of it. "Buchou wa kawaii!! daisuki ne!" somewhere along the line... haha anyway i just finished the series few hours ago and the story was soooOOO cute!! haha the main actress- Hotaru cracks me up. Buchou's repartee was really cute too! she had genki na~ gestures and bubbly personality! "viva friendship!" or "boil tea on my stomach" or the part where she rolls around the tatami mats or when she sleeps under newspapers. just like what Adila says, everyone has a little himono-ness in them. but its that way when u know that person is most relaxed. its when u can do that then u can call that place a home, right? ;)
now i've finished watching Hotaru, im moving onto Atashinchi no Danshi. Horikita Maki!! <3 wot a cute gal! keeps people questioning why she got the creepy role in NobutaWP, hiding her cute cute facial features. but, it was good anyway x) i've only gone through epi1 and i saw slight similarities between her Chisato in AnD and Mizuki in HanaKimi! tomboyishness.... well we'll see in the coming episodes eh
Trying to start on my photoshop-mastering plan but my eyes get tired staring into the little details im trying to fix on a picture. the tutorials online don't really have a flow line or something - like ure supposed to learn this then u can move on to that or whatever. too bad, nantonaku i'll get it done
yosh, waiting for shin to finish her exams then i can go help her taste whatever she's got baking in her oven. x) and i've got to fix ee-chan's lappy... n thought of visiting some friends in different states, but nobody's enthusiastic enough about it, due to certain circumstances? nothing serious i hope ;) well, have a happy holiday everyone- chillax yah!

Puke puke barf barf
Then, there was my birthday, which i really had no mood for, except at 12 til 2am like that, when i was really hyper. i even announced i would stay up all day just to bask in the wonderfulness of turning 20. my birthday! once a year! when suddenly i just felt like barfing again and went to sleep to kill the urge, and my birthday can go to hell. my dad kept asking, what u wana eat? what cake u wana get? i couldn't be bothered and said whatever was okay. well... im not a choosy person so whatever was really okay! but u know, having a deformed cake isn't really what i had in mind as "cincai". Can you imagine? i opened the cake box lid, and there it was, half of it smashed to the side of the box. I was stunned, and roaring laughter followed. lol! it looked so funny, gotta put the pic up soon. Then my dad said he got the cake too early, and it kind of melted in the car, then with his driving style all the way home, i don't think the cake would be safe anyway. all the zig zags and sudden brakes, and the i.must.overtake.everyone. wahahaha thing.
well i wana thank all the well wishes from everyone, even those who didn't remember, i shall forgive! because i'm bad at remembering people's birthdays. sorry heehee. Thanks to my lovely friends etc etc for the really really nice bday picnic and mosquito bites =D thanks to all. really. have a nice christmas and new year
here's my thanks list
Chia, Raymond, Linz, Aili, Shin, Karee, Sayee, Weipeng, Yinyin, Sandy, Kahyin, Siewmei, Sarina, Wengseng, Chuansheng, ABCDEFGHIJKLMNOPQRSTUVWXYZ and dats ur initials for the rest of you. i may not remember but in sum corner of my heart ur lingering existence, im thanking u all out there. really. believe. =P

My first post after what seemed to be a looooong time
There were moments when i wanted to write so many stuffs, like the time i went to Redang, i wanted to complain about the new towel i brought there... threads came off and stick to my body while drying myself, i had little maggot-like stuffs all over my body. eventually they come off when i jump around after im dry. then while snorkeling i was so tired, paddling my little (my feet's not small... but whatever) feet around, i just pretend i don't know how to swim and cling on to the guide. its so comfortable, not needing to move, the fellow just pull u around, showing u the corals and fishes XD . The beach at our resort was really steep, so while playing volleyball, if it falls on the sand, it will just roll into the water. since most of us cant play volleyball, we end up picking up the ball than hitting it =c .Then the kayaking part, the water near the resort is really shallow, as the tide is low in the evening... I think feeling the sea breeze is nice, but when a speed boat passes by.... it just make waves, then rocking our little kayak and we go "oooh ooooooh OH" Other than having our little kayak stuck because we went to really shallow place.... nothing much to say. The funny part of that evening was when we buried Shin in the sand. She was saying, "hey dont get it in my pants!" and stuffs like that, but we can't really make a barrier so that the sand don't go down into her shorts... so in the end she gave up, added some shape to her sand armor, and took pictures. too bad i wasnt there when they took pics!
and now, im in my house typing on my new lappie. im happy im back, even forawhile, since i get to SHOWER WITH WARM WATER!! and i could use the toilet seat. heh it may sound silly, but i never use the toilet seat outside. i would rather have leg cramps while squatting ! anyway, having water heater is really a blessing. You just don't realize it until you don't have it. The only reason my house is so much more comfortable is because of my parents :) I mean, almost everything I "own" is thanks to them.
I have this coursemate, whose money sense amaze me, she'd look at price tags first before anything else, at lunch her mix rice would cost about 1.50-2.50, when we go shopping she'd say "xian zai chi dao mama xin ku" and stuffs like that. We'd usually go to midvalley since its the nearest (only 10mins more or less), and there was this one time where we walked everywhere, window shopping, then eat free samples of bread and cakes at the bakery near jusco, and also watching Shakira's concert at a home theater system exhibition near the exit. and whenever we have time, we'd play badminton together, and watch downloaded movies/animes. its all nice, since im saving money this way too! now we need just another person to make 2 doubles pair. i can't believe i left my racquet in my hostel, i wanted to string it again argh
i went skating twice, in less than a week! the first time we skated for 5 hours or so, then we took the wrong bus, had a tour around KL, waited for taxi drivers to finish buka puasa and fetch us back from the LRT station, ate self made meehoon tomyam in the room, and the only one who could move afterwards was AiLi. Me and Chia we just became like 2 crippled old woman sitting on the mattress, only able to move our fingers on the laptop. Hah! Chia still can't skate! =P Then the 2nd time was Shin's birthday, where i panicked when i got on the ice, forgetting how to skate. i get used to it eventually and i didn't fall once! i thought i gave up on skating after that Friday, but on Tuesday, i think its not that bad to go again. as long as its the weekdays, since its when the rate is cheapest.

Homedec
Anyway i was jobless for like a month until i got a part time job introduced by Shin, for 4 days at HomeDec exhibition at KLCC. i thought 4 days isn't bad, and the working hours was 9am-8am. UNTIL i got to work there... i was pretty hectic on the first day, typing furiously so that the queue would clear, which seem to be longer than the last time i looked up from the laptop. and on the 2nd day, i had a runny nose. shit. i was so desperately trying to inhale my snot or the watery goo back into my system while saying "hi sir, may i help u?" (snif snif) . the little devils were threatening to see the light of the world... zzzzzz then at night i got home, ate my dinner, took a tablet of i-can't-remember-what and clonked onto my bed. didn't even do my online game PW daily quest. i sms'd someone to do it, but my head was in another painful dimension i didn't get my username right. 3rd day was as usual, printer problems, but my head didn't give me any problems.
THe worst was day4, when at 6pm or so my head started to bang loudly again. Probably because the exhibitor in front of us had the vacuum on at high the whole day, or something. Or because i was staring at the laptop the whole day. Now i have Mavis, and Julie (biscuits) contacts, which will probably land me more pt jobs :P Those 2 reli beh tahan lol 1 molester another is a bully >_<

They Don't Know Maths!!
I've been trying to explain that the way they key in (and asking me to key in) these datas are wrong. And that colleague of mine (Ms A) just don't understand. She just said that it doesn't matter as long as you just enter the amount at "Sales Adjustment" to balance them, following the total in the invoice which she already made (you'll be shocked at the silly mistakes she made). I just need to let it off somewhere and i'm doing it here. Anyway, so her logic is this-key in all data, if its not the same with the one in invoice, just add/minus accordingly to match them at the Sales Adjustment. I've been adding/minus the total which don't match because she's too lazy to check the openings and balances like she should. Instead she just copy whatever the supervisors feed her. Argh. Well, since I'm leaving this company which have a sucky system, i shouldn't care!
The arrangement for transports for deliveries and returns have another stupid long process. My other colleague which started work with me at the same time (Ms.B) had to copy 1 thing to 3 different books to keep a record of what going in and out. Example, returns for 1 book, deliveries for 1 book, transport company name 1 book, transport by our driver 1 book, and another 1 for the number of cartons/offer bins. They can't just use a log book to record them all. Don't know why. OR!! just use the computer dumbass. Amazingly, the same colleague which her wise logic (Ms A) , suggested to record in another book for every in and out with outlets. and the manager agrees with her saying its a great idea. Poor Ms B.... as if the other books don't already have them. Imagine when there's 5 deliveries n 5 returns, she gt copy each of them in more than 3 books..... -_- what a waste of time...
Im shortening my life working here, trying to point out their mistakes by acting the dumb one, like, "what's this? i don't know how to do it, it can't be balanced..." rather than, "wei.. why this thing all wrong wan? how u do geh... check properly la... see ur report i oso vomit blood... think i very free correct for u meh? u know how to do ur work anot? work so long already still dono how to do properly? other people few weeks also seng mok already... what is that inside ur head? nothing? i feel this job no suit u la! change other job ba."

Where do brains grow?
I started my Japanese class, together with Shin and KarEe. The first class was alright, everything was going well... Until my 2nd class. I told the person in charge on Tuesday morning (1st class was on Monday) that i have classes on Monday and Thursday so i'll need to leave work earlier 30minutes, and i'll just have my lunch break for 30minutes instead of the usual 1hour. So, on Thursday evening, half an hour before my time to leave early, she told me to leave work as usual, because she wanted to inform the boss about my leaving work early. So much for telling her my schedule early! (Where did Mr Common Sense go on Tuesday and Wednesday and Thursday entire morning and afternoon?) OK, so I thought maybe in half an hour she'll inform the boss so i could leave in time. Dreams on a castle made of glass... they talk and talk and boss went home, and she tells me, OK u can leave work early next week :)
I couldn't have my dinner, i rushed to KL Plaza, i ate my sandwich during a 5min break...AND I still have no idea why am I so patient with my jobs.
The people I think is sane at work is down to 2, when it was 3 before. Damn it. Praise to the Lord for those who has a peaceful work environment. Lucky bastards...
These people is at WAR to show who's the boss! When the boss is not around. Especially that storekeeper... and don't get me started with the pregnant lady... I swear, its not the hormones!
I felt my life has been shorten for a few years.

SHIT.
Every outlets, whenever they want to return some goods, would issue a Goods Return Note (GRN), listing every items' code, price, whatnot. The GRN is something like what you would tear out from a receipt book, with a serial number, etc. Then, if the outlet is being supervised by one of the supervisors at the office, they might fill a form, again listing the items, together with the quantity, and there's 2 columns, one counted by the outlet, the other is for the store assistants (at office) to fill in, how many of the items are actually returned. Lets call this paper B.
Anyway, the store assistant that deals with returned goods is HIS wife. She has the nerve to complain to him about silly things (so that he would flame people for her), rather than talking to me, directly. So he spoked in an angry voice, "why no 'paper B'? if u get 'paper B' from supervisors u should give us. we have to write all over again referring to the GRN! blah blah blah (then comes the totally unnecessary shit.) what, u office ppl duno how2do work? dont want to do things isit? if u still duno hw2do this things, lets go to the BOSS office and talk". I wasn't the only one that gets the same shit from him, he likes to threaten (lets say, INVITE?) everyone to DISCUSS in the Boss' office, or the Finance Manager's. The girl that had worked there longer than me curses him each time.
Then, in the evening, its the "CONTAINER GOODS" story. The lorry with the container reached our place, the goods replenish the ones we are short on. Goods are unloaded at the back door, the container can't be brought there because there are cars parking nearby the alley, so it was parked at the larger road. So HE complained about why is the lorry parked outside and argued that it can get into the alley, my colleague said the driver already explained that he can't get into the alley and he CALLED the finance manager(was at lunch :/) to ask us to tell the driver to get into the alley. wtf. then he complained that someone said it was goods coming in, but it isnt, it is a container. Goods or container or SHIT, he'd have to receive it ANYWAY. Well anyway everyone ended up having to help unloading from the container and fill up the LIFT to go up to the 3rd floor (i'm SO beat). Before the day ended, he went BALLISTIC because we loaded a different item onto the lift (he's at 3rd floor), before finish loading the other item (we have probably only 6 different items with no less than 20 CTNS each). So my colleague said the goods in the container wasn't arranged, so they were separated and some was too deep into the container. So he went screaming at everyone at how confusing things were getting (yeah, with 6 different articles only), and how he had to arrange them at the store, and shit.
So, yeah, it was shit. Next time i'll post about his argument with the boss. xD

Reason behind habit
Anyway, i resolved, that i was going to study (after reading another chapter of the manga) when i suddenly wanted to grab something to munch on ... so i went to the kitchen, scanned the fridge and my line of eyesight landed upon the pitted prunes (sunsweet). so i took it out, put it on a table near the basin. When i reached for the chopsticks, i looked up to the TV and saw Zhou Hua Jian/ Wakin/ Emil Chau. so i thought, wow cool i can listen to him sing! so i ate some of the prunes using the chopsticks because i don't want the sticky juice to stick on my fingers, and Emil Chau talked to the emcee the entire time. i was still standing behind the kitchen at that time, and the commercial came before he got to sing something (-_-)ll| ...
Well, my point is... the 4th prune was going into my mouth when suddenly i had a flashback of my mom asking me why do I eat like a maid. Meaning, i have this habit to eat behind the kitchen counter, away from the living room (actually more like, away from the view of the people sitting in the living room). Yeah, so at that time i suddenly realized why ... it was because my dad would always chase me away from the living room whenever i'm watching tv. so i was pretending to eat/drink behind the counter, hoping that my existence was not known there. so that i could watch more of the tv. here is an example of my living room/ kitchen space

Exam
and, shortly after finishing a test, the solution of a question would suddenly cross my mind. They have the WORST possible timing. "wow, you're so clever, you could do the question" (at last). yeah right, except it doesn't show on your results slip. I'm so frustrated i want to bite some ginger!
aww, and my biggest disappointment in Mathematics T paper 2, is that there was NO question on relative velocity! After cutting out Mechanics and Kinematics in the STPM syllabus, then take out Relative Velocity, there's none but little Physics element in the paper anymore! for me, that's like, you get all nervous and excited to get married the next day, then at the church, you get the wrong groom. Not getting the things you anticipated for, sucksss ....

Mukatsuku (irritated)
Anyway, back to Malaysia, stuck as the only female at home, naturally i'm expected to cook for the remaining members of the family. i don't mind, as long as the ingredients i have are the ones i can identify. i don't know why, but i got super annoyed at the sight of the bunch of vegetables my dad just bought. to avoid taking out my frustration on the vege later, i'm writing to vent it all out. its not that i can't cook it, but the process of getting the vege ready to be cooked is tedious. its such a big bunch and without separating them, JAN! dad displayed them on the board and chopped them into half. I have no choice then... ;_; I'm looking forward to a husband whose career is in the cooking industry. preferably a chinese cuisine chef. well actually, as long as he can make edible stuff, i don't really mind. (though a pastry chef is good too!) xD
Before logging off, i'm going to add the lyrics to the song playing in my blog. Its "Te wo Tsunaide" by "Younha". People would usually recognize this korean singer from the anime, Bleach's closing theme "Houki Boushi" which is awesome as well. Originally she was more popular in Japan for her japanese songs, but i guess now shes pretty well known in the region. Anyway, take a look at the lyrics.
